MEXICO CHARIZO
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. cumin powder
1 sm. bottle chili powder
1 c. vinegar
Combine all ingredients together
and then let mixture set all night or 10 to 12 hours. Then cook mixture until
done
Huevos con Charizo (Eggs with
Mexican Sauage)
- 1-2 Large Eggs
- 1-2 Links Charizo
Directions:
Heat a skillet and place in the charizo (remove it from its plastic sheath).
Break it up into pieces with a spatula. Don't over cook it, unless you like it
crispy. Scamble your eggs in a bowl and add to the cooking charizo. Cook eggs
thoroughly.
Comments:
Add some commercial or homemade salsa (the best is homemade). Enjoy with
biscuits, bread or roll up into burritos in corn or flour tortillas
